Hi! I'm Jen โ children's book author, dog mom, and veteran family member based in Northwest Pennsylvania.
Murray and Carl are real. The red bandana, the zoomies, the hallway chaos โ all of it actually happened in my house. I wrote this series because I believe kids need stories that meet them where they are โ whether they're the careful one, the chaotic one, or the one still figuring out which one they are.
I write for the Murrays, the Carls, and the families and classrooms lucky enough to have both.
