Murray is a dog who likes order. He has a schedule for his toys, a protocol for his naps, and a very serious face. He is prepared for many things—but he is not prepared for Carl.

Carl is a tricolor tornado who bounces when he should walk and has zero interest in alphabetizing chew toys. Can a serious dog with a love for rules find common ground with a floppy puppy who trips over his own paws?
